This is the cafe. It is named Say Por Kiew Cafe 洗布桥饮食中心 because the Bridge 洗布桥 (literally means "Bridge of cloth washing") is somewhere around there. There are still people washing white cloth by the river underneath the bridge nowadays.

The cafe is directly opposite to this furniture shop.
