It's very different from the Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun (filled with prawns and barbecued pork), the Penang-style Chee Cheong Fun (sticky prawn paste), or even Ipoh-style Chee Cheong Fun (with various gravies). This one is made of a thin-layer of milky white rice flour mixture with bits of turnips, shallots and deep fried shrimps. It serves food with pickled green chillies.
