Candle Light Restaurant 竹光樓 @ Prangin Mall

I was introduced by a friend to this restaurant that it has the best oyster omelette 蠔煎 in Penang. Yes, I do think it truly is!!

The Menu

Set A: Fried Rice 炒飯 + Chocolate Float RM6.90

Set B: Koung Pou Roasted Pork Rice 宮保燒肉飯 + Mushroom Soup + a drink RM8.50

Fried Oyster 招牌蠔煎 RM7.00

The main character of the night!! Unlike other fried oyster in penang that was made from mainly corn starch where one find translucent starch-like substance mixed with eggs, this one was made from, I would say, more eggs and it's very much cheaper. One can really taste egg!! I think this is more genuine. Hehe.
