The couple has been selling Tang Yuen for many years. Look at the queue. It's self service. Everyone has to queue to buy. It's so popular that almost every time you can see the long queue.

All the Tang Yuen (Glutinous Rice Balls) are prepared on the spot.

There are two types of syrup: brown syrup and clear syrup. And, you can choose the syrup whether to be gingered or otherwise.
