Isaac Toast & Coffee @ Queensbay Mall

Founded by a Korean lady in 1995, Isaac's Toast, which is actually a sandwich, is highly recommended in Korea. Now, you don't have to fly all the way to South Korea to taste it. It has a franchise in Penang here the lower ground floor of Queensbay Mall.

According to what I read from a blog, the founder opened this sandwich shop to earn a living when her husband was ill. It was started as a humbly tiny stall outside of Cheongju University in Seoul. Now, it has become a big franchise in Korea and even the US.

I was wondering why they greeted us 안녕하세요 "Annyeong Haseyo!" when we entered the shop. I hadn't known that it's originated from Korea.

This is one super cheap buffet. I think I can only find such low-priced buffet in Hatyai. The Sky Buffet is located at the 33rd floor of the Lee Gardens Plaza.
