I booked a table a month ahead with a menu of Poon Choi / 盆菜 (with some extra dishes) that totaled up my bill to ~RM1000 which is quite a high cost sumptuous meal. But the service and the waiting time is the mood spoiler. We need to wait for >30 mins to get the first dish to be served. And the main dish which is the Poon Choi 盆菜, we need to wait for an hour. By the time this main dish was served, it's almost 9pm. As me and my family were sitting inside a room, I went outside and I see that the waiters keep serving the customers in the main hall. I was so frustrated that I scolded the captain so loudly that some customers nearby are looking at me. The captain just keep apologize that he doesn't have enough staffs to serve all the food on time. I just can't believe he can uttered out such a ridiculous answer. It was such a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody out there unless you really don't mind to wait with your hungry stomach growling. It was my dad's birthday occasion and everyone got angry with the service of the restaurant.
