The Mugshot Cafe @ Chulia Street

A mugshot is "a photograph of a person's face made for an official purpose, especially police records". Usually in the western countries, mugshots of criminal are taken when they are charged.
The proprietors of this cafe got this creative idea of creating all the preparation needed for customers to have their own mugshots. :p
