In term of services, environment, portion, I feel Arrowtown's is much more better than Queenstown's.
I remember when I tasted my first ice cream at Buenos Aires, I was doing a Jewish tour in Buenos Aires and they took us to a kosher ice cream place. OMG, that was outstanding.
