Roasted Pork with Fine Rice Vermicelli RM22.00

Vietnamese Stir Fried Water Spinach with Garlic RM10.00

Vietnamese Rice Wrappers (comes with the fish)

First, dip a sheet of rice wrapper into the water to soften it and place it flat on a plate. Then, place the ingredients to be wrapped at a corner of the rice wrapper, starting with lettuce. Followed by leaves of basil and mint.

Then, with cucumber, pineapple, carrot and rice vermicelli. Add some green chilli if you prefer it to be spicy.

Lastly, with some crispy fried fish and roll them together
