There are three places in Bukit Mertajam(BM) for you to taste this: @Jalan Kulim (the one in the picture), somewhere around BM taxi station, and another one around the train station.
This was the location of the stall at Jalan Kulim. It was somewhere around the junction of Jalan Kuari and Jalan Kulim.
The cook.. He uses charcoal to fried the koay teow..

Every time I went, I could see many people dine-in and also take-away..
So, you should expect about a half-an-hour wait.

Duck Egg Char Koay Teow RM4.00
The egg on top of the Char Koay Teow is a chicken egg. The duck egg was fried together with Koay Teow.
