Macallum Street Hock Seng Rojak @ Cecil Street Ghaut

I think this might be the best Rojak in Penang.
Even though it's named after Macallum Street, it's actually at Gat Lebuh Cecil.
Here's its location.


This stall is currently managed by two ladies. My guess is that Hock Seng was probably named after the original owner. The two ladies might be his wife and daughter.
From what I found out, the original owner was bare-footed when selling Rojak. That was the trait of the stall. :)



This might due to its fame. The Rojak sold is pricey.
RM6.00, RM8.00, RM12.00



We managed to 打包 ^^. It was real quick. We just ordered, and the Rojak was ready in no time.
The packed the Rojak gravy separately in a container. The fruits and others in another bag.



Gotta mix them together at home..
They'll mix it for you if you dine there.
