Xuan Xin Restaurant, one of the three merchants of Xuan Xin Restaurant Sdn Bhd, is newly opened at the 2nd floor of Queensbay Mall. The other two merchants are Xuan Xin Buffet Steamboat and Xuan Xin Ramen Kitchen. Xuan Xin Restaurant has another branch at Gurney Plaza.

This shop lot at Queensbay was previously the Palace of India.
