In Cantonese-speaking state like Kuala Lumpur, people usually call it Fuk Kin Chaau 福建炒. While in other places, it's called 大碌麵 to differentiate another dish of the same name Hokkien Char 福建炒 especially in Hokkien-speaking state like Penang.
