Hong Kee Egg Tarts @ Kedai Kopi Weng Seng

鸿记饼家 Hong Kee Confectionery's is so famous that every time i went at around 12pm, I would be the last customer or the tarts are sold out. It's a stall within Weng Seng Coffee Shop 永城茶餐室 which is at Jalan Datuk Onn Jaafar.

They make the best tarts I've ever tasted.. Comparable with Ming Xiang Tai in Penang. 

According to Lim Kim Cheng's book, the crust is made up of 48 crisp layers
