流流社風味餐 @ Hualien 花蓮

Kavalan is one of the many aboriginal ethnic groups in Taiwan which is currently mainly inhabiting in the coastal are of Hualien County and Taitung County. If would like to try out Kavalan food in Taiwan, this is a recommended place in Hualien.

山豬肉 Wild Boar MeatRoasted Pork sandwiching turnip piece with sweet and sour sauce. Placed in the middle were the mountain bitter gourds that were said to be three times more bitter than the normal bitter guard.

原味小酒釀豆腐 Brandied Bean Curd

燒烤放洋雞 Barbecued "Fangyang" Chicken"Fangyang" Chicken were said to be breed by the seaside.
