This is a very famous rojak in Teluk Intan.

Sold for about five decades already, the current stall keeper is most probably the second generation which he inherited from his dad; Ah Chai.
The reason some prefer Kuah Asing so that the water from the sliced fruits would not dilute the Rojak gravy (Kuah)
Anyways, some do believe that the rojak made by the original owner was better than his successor.
